There is no contact form on this page. The calculator is free and ungated and we would rather not ask for an address we do not need. If you emailed yourself an estimate, that came from estimates@getwindowcost.com, and our privacy policy explains what is kept.

What we cannot help with

GetWindowCost is an independent reference site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any window manufacturer, dealer, installer, or lead-generation service — including every brand we compare. That means we cannot:

  • Sell, supply, measure, install, or service windows.
  • Honour, match, or price-adjust a quote you were given by a contractor or dealer.
  • Handle a warranty claim, an installation complaint, or a scheduling problem with any company.
  • Tell you what your specific project will cost. Our figures are a modelled starting point, not a bid.

For any of those, contact the company that quoted you. For a real price, get multiple written quotes from licensed contractors — the calculator exists so you can walk into that conversation already knowing the range.

What we do want to hear

  • Corrections. The most valuable email you can send. If a labour rate, material cost, or regional adjustment looks wrong, tell us which page and, if you have it, the source that contradicts us. Every figure traces to a published federal series, so a correction is checkable — the methodology page shows the formula and the inputs.
  • Contractor and installer reality checks. If you price this work for a living and our numbers are off for your market, we want to know. Regional labour is the hardest part of the model to validate.
  • Data and reuse. The Window Cost Index is published as CSV and JSON. Journalists and researchers are welcome to use it with attribution, and we are happy to explain how any figure was derived.
  • Press. Questions about the methodology, the data sources, or what the index says about a particular metro.
  • Partnerships and advertising. Use the same address. Note that any commercial relationship is disclosed on the page it appears on and never changes a cost estimate — see how we make money.
